Pantone colour matching

We knit fabric in its raw, unwashed and uncoloured form which means that it can be dyed to match your exact requirements. At Trend clothing we use the Pantone system, which is a standardised, code based system used in many industries. Using Pantone codes, we can control the exact measures of dye and achieve consistent, reliable colour matching.

Measurement / Fit

In clothing design, a “pattern” refers to a set of dimensions which is used to construct a garment. A trained pattern cutter draws a paper template, referred to as the master pattern, which is kept on record. The master pattern is laid onto fabric before the individual panels are cut out and assembled

  • Yes, we provide samples before ordering.

  • Yes ,We can produce custom packaging as an additional service. As standard, each single item we ship is packaged in a plain poly bag for protection during transit, but if you’d like to have custom packaging feel free to send over your designs and we would be happy to advise.

  • We usually take 3-5 days for sample making (It depends on customer requirements).

  • For bulk orders, we take around 15-60 days depending on the quantity & style. As we manufacturing from yarn to pack, the process usually takes that time.

  • We offer a prototyping service for the purposes of range development, which allows you to perfect your designs before committing to full scale production. Because the majority of the items we produce are made completely to your specifications, this is carried out before bulk production commences and the sample is sent to you in image form, or if you prefer, physically posted to you for approval. At this stage you can make minor design amendments to ensure your final products are exactly as you want them.
  • First of all, we will collect all your requirements. Then, we will make a sample for you. Once you are happy with the sample, we will proceed with the bulk.

Supima Cotton Fabric

Supima is a brand of cotton grown in the United States. It is a type of Pima cotton, which is a long-staple cotton that is known for its strength, softness, and brightness. Supima cotton is grown using strict standards, and only a small percentage of Pima cotton meets the criteria to be labeled as Supima. It is mainly used for high-end textiles such as luxury bedding and clothing.

Modal Fabric

Modal fabric is a bio-based fabric that is made from spinning beech tree cellulose. Modal is generally considered a more eco-friendly alternative to cotton because beech trees don’t require much water to grow and therefore the production process uses about 10-20 times less water.
